In order to reduce the carbon footprint of the event and due to lacking public transport connection before the start, there is a charter bus transport from Helsinki city centre (from in front of Kiasma Museum) on Saturday morning for the marathon distance start.
Please note, there is no bus organized for the Nuuksio70 ultra distance start. There are not enough participants in the race to fill a bus.
There are two bus stops en route, Leppävaara railway station (on the Sello shopping center side)
and local bus stop at Lommila bus stop (number E6308, near Ikea Espoo).
The price of transport is 8,50 euros one way. You can buy the ticket online via your personal registration link. The link has been added to your registration confirmation email.
The bus is operated by Ventoniemi buses.
Timetable
On Saturday September 6th
7.30 am departure from Kiasma charter bus stop
7.50 am Leppävaara railway station (South side of the railway next to shopping center Sello)
8.00 am Lommila bus stop (stop number E6308, near Ikea Espoo) along the road Espoontie.
8.20 am Arrival to Solvalla. Bus stops at the charter bus stop of Nature Center Haltia from where about 300m walk to the event center.
Return bus leaves back to Helsinki from the same place when the last runner with a bus ticket has finished and is ready to depart, approximately at the same time when the finish line closes.
Pick your race materials immediately
When the bus arrives at the event center, go directly to the race office to get your participant material. Only the number bib is personal, all other material is identical to all runners.
