2025 registration opens on Mondat December 22nd at 18:00 Finnish time. Registration closes on Aug 24th or earlier if the event is sold out. After this, you can buy a ticket from a runner that will resign from the race via the event’s Facebook page. Last minute entry in the race office before the event is possible only if the event is not sold out.
Follow the event on Facebook to stay up to date! The total amount of starting slots is 700. We may do some overbooking to keep the number of actual participants close to this. Last minute entry is possible only if slots are available.
If you want to enjoy the inspiring atmosphere of the event without running, you can also join the event as volunteer. Staff registration starts also in the beginning of December.
Event charter bus
In order to minimize the carbon footprint of the event, we are organizing bus transfer for participants from Helsinki city center, Leppävaara (Espoo) and Ikea tourist bus stop in Espoo. Bus transfer can be booked with registration, price 9€ one way.

Nuuksio Mini Marathon is a trail run for juniors 6-16 years. The Mini Marathon will have a new course for 2024. For the U8 category, the distance will be 2.5-3k. For U12 and U16, the distance is 5-6km.
The entry fee includes
– 8€ contribution to trail maintenance of Nuuksio National Park (42km & 72km distances). Please note that another 2€/runner goes to the national park administration as an event permit fee.
– Course map on weather proof material

– Live GPS tracking on 72km, first 100 registrations. The amount will be increased subject to availability of tracking devices.)

Cancellations
In case you have to cancel your participation, the entry fee is not returned. You can postpone your entry once to next year or transfer the entry to another runner. Postponing to 2025 or changing the runner is free of charge until Aug 24th and costs 12€ after that. Postponing is not possible after the start.

Sports benefits
We accept the Finnish sports benefits ePassi, Smartum, Edenred and Eazybreak. First search Nuuksio Classic from the benefit provider’s list. Pay the sum that you want and send a receipt of the payment to nuuksioclassic@gmail.com. We will send you a voucher code to redeem a respective discount of your entry fee when you sign up via the registration tool.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
Paypal payment is also possible.
Changes & How to control your registration details?
The entry fee is non-refundable, but you can postpone your entry to the following year once if you are unable to attend. You can also offer your place to another runner. The primary channel for finding a substitute is the race’s Facebook page.
Changing the runner or postponing to 2025 is free until Aug 24. After this, any registration change costs 12€. Postponing to 2025 is not possible after the start.
When you find a new runner, provide your registration link to the new runner to update the runner information. The link has been sent in the initial registration confirmation message. If necessary, we can resend it. You take care of the participation fee among yourselves.
