This year is already the 10th edition of Nuuksio Classic. Over the years, the event has become one of the cornerstones of trail running in Finland. In fact, that was true already in 2012 when the event was organized for the first time, because there were only few trail events in the country at the time.
So this year is a particularly good reason to participate in the Nuuksio Classic. To celebrate the anniversary, we are planning some special festivities, but in the main role is still Nuuksio’s wonderful nature and great trails.
We will tell more about the festive activities in the near future, but as a tip already now, it is worth booking the whole weekend for the race. We are confident that, at the beginning of September, we can also celebrate defeating the epidemic and expect to be able to arrange the event without having to make any special adjustments to the practicalities.
Registration for the 10th edition opens on Thursday, March 4 at 6 p.m. Finnish time. There are a total of 700 places, some of which have already gone due to the postponements from last year. For those who have postponed their slot, we will send instructions by email on how to confirm the participation.
